Memphis rapper Yo Gotti is sick and tired of the Mississipi prison system, so he's enlisted Jay-Z & Roc Nation to demand the Governor make immediate changes or they will sue.

One of the prisons, Parchman Farm, where two deaths happened, is not far from Memphis. Gotti describes the prison as "absolutely inhumane and unconstitutional."
Gotti and the Roc aren't playing around, as they shot off a letter to Governor Phil Bryant.
