YNW Melly stands accused of gunning down his YNW crew members SakChaser and Juvy and then staging it to look like a driveby.

We may now have a motive, thanks to Melly's big-mouthed mom.

In a video posted to the Internet, Mrs. Demons said she had beef with SakChaser, who she claims threatened her with his "little gun." However, she said she wasn't worried because Sakchaser isn't "bout that life" and because she has "big guns."

It sounds like the video was recorded before SakChaser was gunned down last year.

Not a good look for her son, who's locked up and facing double murder charges.
