Florida's first attempt to charge YNW Melly with the first-degree murder of his YNW crewmates Juvy and Sakchaser ended in a mistrial.

Melly is still locked up without bail and had been set to be retried in September.

That date is now in question because his lawyer is being investigated for witness tampering.

Melly has been held for  2,159 days now.

Is his right to a speedy trial being violated?

And is it worth it to keep an (almost certainly) murderous savage like Melly off the streets?

On a lighter note, what do you think of his new haircut?
