YNF Lucci's crew also got RICOed last year by Fulton County, with Lucci facing racketeering and murder charges.
Lucci's trial will start on Monday, January 8.
The bad news for the rapper is that seven of his co-defendants took plea deals last month.
The good news -- if you could call it that -- is that Lucci will be allowed to look fresh for the proceedings.
So he's got that going for him, which is nice.
