XXXTentacion's half-brother Corey Pack is suing the rapper's mother Cleopatra Bernard, after he accused her of hiding money by starting various companies.
Plus, Pack says he and another one of XXXTentacion’s brothers own 25 percent of the rapper's estate, and Bernard has 50 percent.
“Fraudulent transfer complaint seeks to recover assets being transferred from the probate estate by XXX’s mother, Cleo Bernard, in order to deprive our client Corey Pack, of a recovery, if he’s successful in his efforts to secure his inheritance rights either under his late brother's trust or will," said Pack’s attorney, Robert Stok.
Bernard has responded to the suit, while sending Pack a shot.
“F*ck it, I got a budget for the lawyer tho,” she wrote.
