by HHL JT

An unnamed woman has brought an explosive lawsuit against French Montana.

Jane Doe is suing French,  Mansour Bennouna and Coke Boy Records for assault and battery, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent hiring, supervision and retention, and negligence.

The suit alleges French and his team had “had a longstanding practice of inviting women to their recording sessions, or choosing women at bars, and inviting them back to the Hidden Hills house ... with the purpose of engaging in sexual acts with them, without any regard to whether or not they consented, or were able to consent ... Defendants would be in control of how much alcohol was provided, always making sure there was excessive amounts, given and encouraging the women to drink."

The suit adds that French would also ply the women with illegal drugs.

More specifically, Doe alleges that on March 28, 2018, she was invited to hang out with French at his recording studio. After drinking there, French and Bennouna -- French's employee -- took her back to French's home.

She says she blacked out after taking a shot and awoke with Bennouna next to her.  She says she has memories of other men, including French, coming into the bedroom.

A rape kit administered the next day revealed semen. She reported a rape to the police at the time.

Doe, who is a model/actress has, claims the trauma has forced her to put her career on hold.  She is seeking an undisclosed amount for "extreme emotional distress, anxiety, flashbacks, and depression."
