Wiz Khalifa was arrested over the summer in Romania after he smoked a joint on stage during the Beach, Please! Festival on July 13.
"Investigations revealed that during a performance at a music festival in the Costinești resort, Constanța County, he possessed more than 18 grams of cannabis (a risk drug) and consumed another quantity of cannabis on stage in the form of a hand-rolled cigarette," read a statement from the Romanian police.
Recreational marijuana use is illegal in the Eastern European nation.
Wiz has now been indicted for violating Romania's drug laws and is facing three months to two years.
The good news is that Wiz appears to be home in the United States, away from the not-so-long arm of Romania's law.
So far, there has been no comment from Wiz's team on the indictment.
