When Tristan Thompson cheats on Khloe Kardashian he goes big.

TMZ has obtained a clip of Tristan Thompson hanging out with three club girls. He makes out with one and motorboats another. He doesn't make contact with the third woman on the tape.

This all went down October 17th, 2017, the day before the Cavs played in Washington. Khloe was three months pregnant with Tristan's child at the time.

Thompson also appeared to take another woman to his hotel room last week. Khloe is due later this month, so maybe he was auditioning nannies.
