Video footage of T.I. in jail has been released after he was arrested earlier this week for assault, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness.
As we previously reported, he got into an argument with a security guard at his gated community in Henry, County, Ga., He didn't have his key, and, at first, the guard wouldn't let him in.
He was eventually granted entrance. But later returned and started yelling at the security guard, which led to his arrest.
In the jailhouse footage, you can see Tip ask the officer why he was taken into custody.
"For acting like a fool," the cop replied.
"How was I acting like a fool?" Tip asked. "Because I was questioning [the security guard]?"
The cop then told T.I. that he shouldn't have come back to argue with the guard after he was let in, because he didn't have to do that.
"I didn't have to, but I have a right to come back," he shot back. "I paid millions of dollars for a house in that residential area."
Meanwhile, the security guard's 911 call has been released, and you can hear Tip yelling at him in anger. You can listen to the call below.
Who do you think is to blame in all this? T.I. or the guard?
