A rough-looking, bootlegged version of a trailer for the N.W.A biopic 'Straight Outta Compton' has been floating around for a while. But yesterday we got a different "official" Red Band version of the trailer in HD. Check it out.

Dr. Dre and Ice Cube introduce the trailer, with an assist from The Game and Kendrick Lamar. Then we get clips from the movie, including some provocative scenes of debauched partying and tension with the police.

Straight Outta Compton is scheduled to drop August 14, 2015. Does the trailer elevate the biopic to your must-see list?
