Thomas claimed the guy had "both of his middle fingers up and said 'F*ck you, bitch' three times." The fan got angry because the Sixers have a promotion that gives people in the crowd a free frosty if someone on the opposing team misses two consecutive free throws. Thomas missed his first free throw and hit his second, which sparked the angry reaction from the crowd..

"I said, 'Don't be disrespectful. I'm a man before anything. Be a fan.' His response was, 'I'm sorry, I just wanted a Frosty,'"  Thomas said about the confrontation, according to ESPN.

He also called his two-game suspension "bullsh*t" in a tweet.

The angry fan, as well as a second person who was involved, have been suspended from the Wells Fargo Center for an entire year.

Do you think Thomas did the right thing by going into the stands?
