Migos may not be as hot as they were a few years ago, but one could say their influence on rap music is undeniable.
There was a time when many copied the group's triplet flow, even though it wasn't invented by them. The rhyme pattern was called the "Versace Flow" after they dropped their cut "Versace" in 2013.
But Public Enemy's Chuck D rhymed in triplets on the 1988 cut "Bring The Noise." Plus, Memphis rappers DJ Paul and Lord Infamous rhymed in triplets on their album “Da Serial Killaz" in 1993.
