Wale Says Soul Train Awards Gave Kendrick Lamar An Award Wale Won

Wale has long complained about being disrespected by the industry.

During a recent interview, he gave an example of disrespect.

According to Wale, Kendrick Lamar was mistakenly presented with an award that Wale won at the 2013 Soul Train Awards.

According to the DMV rapper, the show's producer told him he was going to win Best Hip Hop Song of the year right before it was announced.
