Wale has been an open book when it comes to the subject of mental health. He once said artists should get mental health benefits with their record deals. And he accused his label of trying to make him look crazy in the past.

But this time, the DMV rapper is suggesting that one of his fans may have a mental health problem by sharing a weird message he received. 

The fan wanted Wale to acknowledge her nephew on social media and thought it was strange that he didn't
