Waka Flocka Believes Takeoff & Quavo Erred By Participating In Dice Game

by HHL JT

Takeoff lost his life during a dice game gone bad.

His uncle and bandmate Quavo was also at the game, which took place at a Houston after-hours get-together, and was involved in an argument immediately before the gunfire which found his nephew.

Waka Flocka says that would never have happened to him.

He broke down how he moves differently during a chat with Shannon Sharpe. [Jump to 35 minutes.]

"I can’t tell you why, and I never want to speak on nobody’s death, but I could tell you this. When God blesses you, right? You have to change your ways, you have to evolve. That's all I can say. I could just say wrong place, wrong time for these guys," Waka said when Sharpe asked about the deaths of  PnB Rock, Pop Smoke and Takeoff.

Sharpe then specifically mentioned that Takeoff got done at a dice game.

“Oh yeah, I don’t roll dice,” Waka explained. “With all respect, why would I roll dice with somebody that ain’t in my tax bracket? It’s liable that some sh*t could happen ... at 3 AM I ain't hanging out with any mean mugging motherf*ckers."
