Vanilla Ice Is Doing A Big Show Right In the Middle Of COVID Surge In Texas

by HHL JT

Texas is one of the new hotspots for the Coronavirus.

Vanilla Ice is still doing a Fourth Of July concert in Austin on Friday

Last week, the governor of Texas closed all bars and concert venues. But Ice will be performing at the Emerald Point Bar & Grill on Lake Travis, which is technically a restaurant even though it has outside seating for a couple of thousand.

Another 90s act, Color Me Bad, will open.

"I can’t wait to get back to this. The 90s were the best. We didn’t have coronavirus, or cell phones, or computers. we had 5.0‘s, blockbuster, Beavis and Butthead, Wayne’s world, Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan. And Mortal Kombat is still better than fortnight but we got out of the house, We danced, we invented house parties in the 90s. The last of the great decades #IMissThenineties," Ice typed.

Would you risk the health of your loved ones to go to the extreme with Vanilla Ice?
