Unreleased 'Too Many Rappers' Beastie Boys Featuring Nas Video Surfaces

by HHL Editors

On the Beastie Boys' last album, 2011's Hot Sauce Committee Part Two, they did the track 'Too Many Rappers' with fellow New York City legend Nas. Such a collaboration certainly deserved a video, and one was shot with powerhouse director Roman Coppola.

For whatever reason, the video wasn't released. A poster on a Beastie Boys' forum has  just found the long-lost visuals on a music video editor's website. Check it out.

It's the typical DIY aesthetic from the Beasties, this time with cross-borough buddy Nas adding to the fun.

How do you think the foursome's message of "too many rappers and not enough emcees" plays four years later?
