Tyrese's Ex-Wife Calls Cops After Singer Flies Banner Over Daughter's School

by Daryl Nelson

Tyrese hired a plane to fly a banner over his daughter's school, and it made his ex-wife Norma Gibson file a police report.

According to TMZ, the banner read "No matter what, daddy loves you, Shayla."  The singer also sent several gifts to her school, including a teddy bear, balloons a fruit basket and a card.

At the moment, the Fast & Furious star has a restraining order placed on him and isn't allowed to contact his little girl directly or indirectly. This was after he was accused of disciplining her too severely with spankings. The Department of Children and Family Services are looking into the matter.

As far as the gifts, Norma's lawyer says Tyrese is using them as a form of witness intimidation because the DCFS could interview Shayla as part of their investigation. But the singer said he did nothing wrong since he didn't contact Shayla personally. Do you think his ex is just being spiteful or did Tyrese cross some sort of line?
