If Tyrese hasn’t completely lost it already, he should be there any day now.
 
In a video that he posted today, the actor said he was putting on a certain type of sneaker as a silent protest in the custody case with his ex-wife. The only thing, though, was his silent protest wasn’t all that silent. Because he broke down in tears again.

 
“It’s almost 7:00 a.m. and I’m heading to court,” said Tyrese. “I’m wearing these Chuck Taylors as a silent protest. For all the men and all of the ghettos around the world who didn’t have the money to have better representation for their case and accusations … For all of the fathers that are in jail just sitting in a fucking cage just rotting.”

Over the weekend, Tyrese claimed that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith gave him $5 million to help him with legal fees and to stay afloat. But one of the conditions of the gift/loan was that he had to stay off the Internet and stop sharing these kinds of posts. 

 Do you think that Will and Jada should ask for their money back? Also, who’s to say Tyrese is even telling the truth about the $5 million? Because Will and Jada haven’t said anything about it.
