Everyone should know that rent is due on the first and that if you don't pay, your landlord will be pissed at you. Either Tyga is unaware or he doesn't care, because the 'Rack City' rapper is $90,000 behind in his rent payments, which is why a sneaky process server showed up at his sneaker release party last month.

According to Tyga's former Calabasas, Ca. landlord, T-Raww was supposed to pay up the owed balance or face court and asset seizure.

That didn't happen because Tyga never showed up to court, never paid back the balance, and also bounced a check for $1090 he gave his landlord for some of his legal fees.  But what makes the entire situation worse is that just a few days before  he was supposed to be in court  the rapper posted a picture of him lounging poolside with stacks of hundies on the table!

The landlord didn't rock with that, and as a result, he raised the stakes. Now Tyga needs to pay $124,000 or his landlord is going to get an arrest warrant out for him on grounds that he keeps skipping his hearings.
