Tyga Has Found A New Way Not To Pay Rent

by HHL Editors

Last year, two different landlords sued Tyga for not paying his rent.

Those lawsuits had to do with residential properties. But Tyga has also rented commercial space for his company, Egypt Last Kings Clothing.

Did he pay his rent?

A brand new lawsuit says no.

This third litigious landlord says that in June of 2015 Tyga had abandoned the space he rented for his clothing company.

In addition to Tyga owing five months rent on the property, TMZ reports "The doors had been painted black with Egyptian patterns, the ceiling tiles were painted over and there were ink stains around 5,000 feet of concrete flooring. What's worse...the landlord says someone poured ink down the drain and into the public sewer .. an environmental no no."

The landlord is seeking 75K to cover the unpaid rent and the damage.

If he wins, he will have to wait in line.
