The notorious snitch had been out of prison since 2015 and had been fairly visible despite being in witness protection.
It would appear he was back in the drug dealing game, as witnesses say he was tossing baggies out of his car after he got shot.
Family members of Rich Porter, who Alpo killed many moons ago, expressed happiness at Alpo's death.
