Troy Ave is Going To Jail Even Though He Snitched

by HHL JT

In 2016, Troy Ave and Taxstone got into a shooting fight backstage at a T.I. show at Irving Plaza in New York City

Troy Ave's bodyguard  Ronald “Banga” McPhatter was killed in the gunfire and the evidence pointed to Taxstone firing the shot that did him in.

Last month, Taxstone was convicted of first-degree manslaughter, two counts of assault in the first degree, one count of assault in the second degree, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree in the killing of McPhatter.

Troy proudly testified against Tax, flaunting the street code he once lived by.

Nevertheless, Troy will also be going to jail when he is sentenced.  He popped off about that in a social media post in which he also ripped his friends for not taking a charge for him.

"And would you believe after all the evidence I still gotta go to jail ... even tho I feel like it's "self defense" even tho I feel like "my friends shoulda took some of the weight off my shoulders" that ain't the reality, the reality is in NY we don't have traditional self defense, the reality is I'm charged with attempted murder on the person that Shot a bunch of innocent people and attempted to murder Me & killed a real one.  RIPBANGA, I'm charged with possession of his weapon, the reality is that my "friends" who were in the car were only down for the good times, they weren't down for the bad times.  They weren't down to take a gun charge while I took the attempted murder and weapons possession.  That's when the concept of Team became a myth. That's when I realized THE STREETS IS A MYTH," Troy typed.

Is the streets a myth?
