While celebrating Travis' 28th birthday recently, Kylie hired the help of "Jon Boy Tattoo," to help set up a DIY tattoo shop at the party.
Kylie tattooed a sentimental piece on Travis' bicep, and while doing so, posted "let’s f*ck around and have another baby" note on her Instagram.
