Which makes some sense, as they sorta look alike.

In South Africa, they confuse him with Chief Keef. We're not seeing that one as much, but these enthusiastic kids in Johannesburg certainly did.

"I love Chief Keef," the kids yell.Scott takes the mistake well. Especially considering he's known to go off when he gets confused with Rocky.
But maybe he knows South Africa is one of the most dangerous countries in the world and those kids are probably strapping.
Update: Or maybe they didn't confuse the two rappers.
