The Atlanta Hawks' point guard Trae Young talked about not being one of the 44 finalists picked to make the 12-man roster of the USA Olympic basketball team.
The list was released by Team USA on Monday, and people like LeBron James and Kevin Durant were obviously on it.
"I'd be lying if I said I wasn't hurt by seeing it," Trae told The Atlanta Journal Constitution. "Obviously, I would have wanted to play on the team."
But despite his disappointment, the 21-year-old still congratulated those who made the cut.
Congrats to these 44 Players, and to the 12 that make the Roster....🇺🇸 https://t.co/rMvEDK6FV6

Do you think Trae deserves a spot on the Olympic team?
