Trae Tha Truth knows first hand the devastation Hurrican Harvey has inflicted on his hometown of Houston, as he had to be evacuated from his house yesterday.
Now that he's been rescued, he wants to help rescue others.

So he's spent the last couple days boating around the streets-turned-canals of H-Town looking for folks in need.
“I felt helpless yesterday when I had to be rescued, so I know that feeling,” he explained in an interview with Fox 26.Trae added that he's been aided in his efforts from friends all over Texas.
"Some of the homies from San Antonio and Austin they actually came down, and they was like we have access to a boat, let's get out there."Listen to Trae speak on his efforts below.
