Tory addressed the shooting allegation on his album Daystar, released in September of last year but that only brought him even more backlash.
It's possible that all of the drama has gotten to the "LUV" rapper because he sent a cryptic message that has some people thinking he's retiring and others thinking he's either going to jail or back to Canada over the Meg situation.
