Tory is charged with shooting Meg in the feet after a pool party with Kylie Jenner.

He was initially charged with a semiautomatic firearm, personal firearm use, a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle, and inflicting significant bodily injury with a gun.

With the start of the trial, Tory picked up a new charge: discharging a firearm in a grossly negligent manner.

All the charges add up to close to 30 years.

Tory has maintained his innocence.
