As the calender turns to December, we will be getting more and more "Best of the Year" features. Time Magazine has just weighed in on the top ten songs of 2014, and the Beyonce/Nicki Minaj smash hit 'Flawless' remix took number one.
If a NASA committee wanted to send another golden Voyager record into space to teach extraterrestrial life about 2014, no song would capture the zeitgeist quite like the 'Flawless' remix,' the magazine wrote. In other words, they really liked the song.
The collaboration between the two divas wasn't the only Hip Hop represented in the top ten. 'Move That Dope' by Future, Pusha T, Pharrell and Casino was third, '2 On' by Tinashe featuring Schoolboy Q came fifth and 'Blockbuster Night Part 1' by Run the Jewels placed seventh.
