There's a Petition To Ban Bun B From All Houston Sporting Events

by HHL Editors

The city of Houston hasn't won a major sports title since Hakeem and the Rockets went back to back in 1995.

A man named Dontralle Brown Reed believes this is partially the fault of Bun B, who he claims cursed has cursed H-Town's teams.

So he posted a Change.org petition to have the UKG rapper banned from all Rockets, Astros and Texans games.

Bun B is a rapper from Port Author, Texas who supports Houston Sports. We respect Bun B the rapper but not Bun B the fan," reads the petition. "Why? Because his support is bad for our teams. We have lost players, primetime games and shots at championships every time he's involved from appearances to his songs. The fans are growing tired and this has been going on the past 5 years. He only comes around when we are winning so its only right ban him from the teams. He is a bandwagon for his image
So far only 165 people have signed the petition, which will be sent to Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner, Houston Texans owner Bob McNair, Houston Rockets general manager Daryl Morey and Houston Astros owner Jim Crane.

Do you think Bun B is responsible for Houston's sports slump?
