A video Kim Kardashian has posted on her Instagram page has caused concern among her followers that Kanye's wife has gone and removed some ribs and possibly vital organs.
"Is this a joke? Where are her organs?", "Ribs removed?" and "How it this possible?" were among the comments on her page.
Kardashian attributes her ultra-slim waist to a corset. Since it's a video she says she just found on her phone, photoshop isn't as much in play as it would usually be.
