Last month, Kanye West got into a dispute with an autograph seeker outside of the members-only SoHo Warehouse in West Hollywood and reportedly hit the guy.
After a lengthy investigation, the cops believe there is enough evidence to charge Ye with a crime. It's now up to the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office to decide if he will be.
The autograph seeker ended up laying on the ground with a reportedly broken nose. (Here's video of the aftermath of the altercation.)
So Ye could get hit with some real charges and the Krazy Kanye tour could be making a stop in jail.
