The Weeknd Drops Highly Anticipated New Album "My Dear Melancholy"

Finally!

Anything The Weeknd touches turns to gold (Or platinum in Abel's case), and now we're blessed with his fourth studio album.

On Wednesday, The Weeknd teased us on Instagram with a screenshot of a text between him and his creative director, La Mar Taylor, insinuating he was prepared to release something, but, was indifferent about which day he should drop:

Well, after much speculation, the Canadian star boy decided, and, here it is!

What's funny is that the rumors became stronger when a fan spotted a billboard ad on the street for the album which was shared via Twitter, however, many people shrugged it off because, well, you can't always believe what you see on the Internet. (See the tweet with the picture of the billboard below).

He let us in on the official news that it would, in fact, drop just a few hours earlier:

 

His last release, "Starboy" has gone multi-platinum, and we expect the same, if not more, from this one.
