The Terms Of NBA YoungBoy's House Arrest Have Been Updated

The terms of NBA YoungBoy's house arrest have gotten a little less harsh.

YB has been confined to a mansion on "Grave Digger Mountian" in Utah for the past two years as he awaits trial on a gun charge in Louisiana.

Earlier this year, he filed a petition to loosen restrictions on his movement, citing mental health issues.

A judge has agreed that he can now leave his home for medical appointments without getting permission from the court.

"The defendant is restricted to 24-hour a day lock-down at his residence except for medical appointments and court appearances or other activities specifically approved in advance by the Defendant’s pretrial supervision officer," the court filing reads.

However, he still needs the court's permission to leave for anything else, including any employment-based reason.
