Lawsuit Between Jay Z & Prince's Estate Yields Interesting Roc Nation Documents

In October, Jay Z offered to buy the streaming rights to all of Prince's unreleased material through TIDAL and Roc Nation for $40 million.

Not only did Prince's estate rebuff the offer, but they turned around and sued Hov and companies because they claim they had been streaming Prince's released material without authorization.

The lawsuit has gone to court, and discovery has yielded the failed sales pitch Roc Nation made to Prince's estate.

Notwithstanding how poorly the pitch ended up going, it's pretty interesting stuff, and includes all of the artists, athletes and entertainers who are signed to Roc and in what capacity. You can check the whole thing out here, or the highlights below:
