The Judge Rules On Diddy's Request For A Mistrial

Diddy's lawyers filed a motion for a mistrial over the testimony of Cassie's friend, Bryana Bongolan.

Bongolan said that Diddy dangled her off a 17th floor balcony in Cassie's Los Angeles apartment on September 26, 2016.

Cassie later claimed that she saw the incident, but Diddy's lawyers found a text message where Cassie said that she didn't see it.

Diddy's lawyers also noted that Diddy was on the East Coast on September 26, 2016 and claimed Bongolan lied on the stand.

So, the motion for the mistrial was filed, but Judge Arun Subramanian shot it down today, Tuesday, June 10.

The 20th day of Diddy's trial starts today and the woman known as "Jane," suspected to be 50's ex, Daphne Joy, is expected to be cross-examined by the defense.
