The Internet Is Reminding Us Of When Suge Knight Claimed JAY-Z Got Bound & Gagged

Sometimes an old clip is suddenly all over social media.

Today, it was a video of Suge Knight on the now-defunct late night show Last Call With Carson Daly.

In the 2001 clip, Suge speaks on JAY-Z coming to Los Angeles -- and getting bound and gagged for his effort.

 "I've never met.  The only thing I know about Jay-Z is that he came to L.A. a few times, and Snoop and Dre told him that, ‘When you on the West Coast, you wrote a song for me. Don’t worry ’bout nothin’.'" Suge remembered. "Next thing I know he’s taped up, robbed, and gagged."

Suge claimed that he didn't know who did Hov like that.  But he also did a lot of chuckling when he told the story.
