The Game is famous for weighing in on the Hip Hop news of the day. He did it earlier this month when he commented on 40 Glocc getting arrested for allegedly pimping prostitutes and he talked about Safaree Samuels getting jumped at a pre-BET Awards party.
So it's no surprise that he would give his two cents on Usher being accused of giving a woman herpes. On top of that, it was reported that the R&B star could be liable for millions of dollars in damages surrounding the STD.

But according to The Game, everybody needs to leave the Confessions singer alone, and he also sent shots at those who've turned their backs on him.
