The Game Refuses To Pay Out Sexual Battery Judgement; Faces Contempt Of Court

by HHL JT

In 2015, Priscilla Rainey, who was a contestant on The Game's VH1 dating reality show 'She's Got Game', sued Game for sexually assaulting her during the taping.

She asked for $10 million, claiming Game was "drunk and on drugs" during their "date" at a sports bar, and that he assaulted her multiple times, including “forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks."

The Game never showed up in court and a judge awarded her $7.1 million.

Game still hasn't paid Rainey the money, nor has he provided the paperwork that would prove he can't.

A Federal judge just ruled Game has until April 5th to hand over all of his financial records or fork over the cash. If he doesn't, he will be found in contempt of court. Rainey's lawyers allege Game is hiding assets.

The Game maintains he never assaulted Rainey. His appeal of Rainey's judgment against him has been put on hold.
