The Feds Had An Informant, CEO Kris, In the Nine Treys Since 2013

by HHL JT

The government's investigation of the Nine Treys way preceded Tekashi 6ix9ine.

The Feds had their hooks in the set since at least November of 2013 when they busted Kristian "CEO Kris" Cruz. Kris provided the Nine Treys with heroin from China and turned informant shortly after his arrest.

CEO Kris testified yesterday in the trial of Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack and Anthony "Harv" Ellison.

Typing fast, as best as can make out: ""On November 22, 2013, Defendant Kristian Cruz plead guilty to one count of Access Device Fraud... one count of conspiracy... and one count of Aggravated Identity Theft.
The FBI identified 6 co-conspirators in that case. 1/2

...FBI was able to identify victims who suffered cumulative losses of $212,000... This is part of a larger conspiracy that involved losses of $2.2 million, however it was agreed that that would not be considered in th[is] plea agreement and under this memorandum."

Here's Kris and Nine Trey boss Mel Murda talking about 6ix9ine on a tapped phone line.

Expect to hear about more informants and snitches as the trial continues.
