A lot has been made of Kendrick Lamar featuring on the upcoming Clipse album, Let God Sort Em Out.
Not only because two of Drake's foes, Dot and Pusha T, will be on the same song, but also because the Clipse was dropped from Def Jam due to the Compton rapper's verse.
The label was concerned about how Kendrick and Pusha's joint attack on Drake would impact Drake's lawsuit against UMG, which owns Def Jam.
Yesterday, a video surfaced of the Clipse and Pharrell playing a snippet of the song, "Chains & Whips," on the roof of Louis Vuitton's headquarters in Paris.
"I’ll send your ass back to the cosmics / The things I seen under my eyelids / Kaleidoscope dreams, murder and sirens / Let’s be clear, Hip Hop died again / Half of my profits may go to Rakim / How many Judases done let me down? / But f*ck it, the West mine’s, we right now," spits Kendrick.
What do you think of the verse, and how excited are you about Let God Sort Em Out? The album drops on July 11.
