Tekashi 6ix9ine's Shooter Kooda B Back In Jail After Social Distance Violation

Tekashi 6ix9ine said he'd pay Kooda B $10,000 to shoot at Chief Keef when Sosa was staying in New York City. Kooda's bullets missed the Chiraq rapper, but he was arrested for his crime in 2018, and ultimately pled guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering.

Kooda had been a jail awaiting his sentence, which should come before the end of the year.  However, he was allowed to go home because of COVID back in April.

Not long after he got his compassionate and temporary leave, he was videotaped attending a mask-less house party in Brooklyn.  That was too much for presiding Federal Judge Paul Engelmayer, who has ordered Kodda back to the Metropolitan Correctional Center.  He'll have to report to US Marshalls by October 15.

Engelmayer has also suggested Kooda may get additional time because of his reckless partying.  He had been facing a maximum of 20 years.
