Tekashi 6ix9ine's lawyer Lance Lazarro has a plan to get his client out of jail.
He tells TMZ that he will offer the judge a $1.5 million bail package, and argue that 6ix9ine is neither a flight risk nor a danger to his community.
The judge may disagree on the last point. 6ix9ine is facing life in prison on six RICO and federal gun charges. Prosecutors have images linking the troll rapper and his former Tre3way crew to at least three armed robberies and shootings.
Releasing 6ix9ine out into the wild could also be deemed a risk to himself and those around him because his former Blood buddies he so disrespected were caught on tape plotting his demise right before the Feds took them all in. And that was before he became such a snitch risk to them.
