Tekashi 6ix9ine's New York state sex case is closed. But that's not close to a good thing for the troll rapper.
The judge in 6ix9ine's use of a child in a sexual performance case recently revoked 6ix9ine's four years of probation and gave 6ix9ine credit for time served. Tekashi no longer even has to perform his 1,000 hours of community service, and the reason for that is Tekashi's is now property of the Feds.
Tekashi's lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, told TMZ...
"Because 6ix9ine is incarcerated on the federal case, they can't enforce the terms of probation nor can they enforce community service."
On a federal level, nothing has changed.
Tekashi is still facing life in prison.
