Tekashi 6ix9ine Speaks on The Street Code And Why Exactly He Decided to Snitch

by HHL JT

In Tekashi 6ix9ine's new track "Gooba", he makes it clear that he's not running from his past as a snitch, and in fact is willing to stunt how rich it made him.

After dropping the track, 6ix9ine got on Live.  With a record-breaking two million watching he broke down exactly why he snitched.

Not gonna lie 6ix9ine made some valid points here

"If there's a street code, and there's so-called disloyalty and snitching and all that, I get it.  But where was the loyalty when you was sleeping with my baby mother? Where was the loyalty when you was caught on the wiretrap trying to kill me? Where was the loyalty when you tried to kidnap my mother?  Where was the loyalty when you was stealing millions of dollars from me ... So who broke it first?  I get it.  Don't fight fire with fire.   I'm sorry.  But what did I do wrong ... be loyal to n*ggas that beat the sh*t out of me on video?  I'm supposed to loyal to that ... Y'all understand why I snitched but y'all don't want to understand," 6ix9ine said, and explained how he paid for the Nine Treys childrens' schooling, among other things.

"When I met son he was sleeping on the rug.  I gave him money.  Look, I'm a rainbow-haired Mexican kid and I rap.  I'm not about that gang sh*t," 6ix9ine admitted.

He did acknowledge that he understood the anger directed at him.  Albeit in a trolly way.

“If a rat came home and did more numbers than me, I would be mad too,” he said. “I would. I promise you I would be mad. You have ever reason to be mad. No matter how dirt you throw on my name and I seen everything — everyone want to be quiet now. For two years, y’all made fun of me … I still came home and I’m a legend at the age of 24 years old because I came home and rat is doing more numbers than you.”
