Tekashi 6ix9ine's been flexing cash around all of the boroughs of New York City since his release form house arrest earlier this month.

This afternoon, 6ix9ine posted a video of him getting treated at the hospital for an injured arm.
"I got caught lacking in these streets :/," he typed sarcastically under the visuals of him whimpering at his treatment.
