Tekashi 6ix9ine Gets Plea Deal In Police Assault Case

by HHL JT

Tekashi 6ix9ine's lawyers win again.

The troll rapper had been facing a misdemeanor assault charge for squeezing the hand of a cop during his arrest for driving on a suspended license this summer.

This morning he was able to plea to one count of disorderly conduct, which got him a conditional discharge. The condition is he has to stay out of trouble for a year or face jail time.

If you think you've heard that story before, you have. Three weeks ago, the judge in his child touching case also warned him to stay out of trouble and avoid gang members when she decided not to give him jail time for his probation violations.

Since then, he's been involved in two (most likely) gang-related shootings.

What are the chances 6ix9ine can keep keeping himself out of the pokey?
