The kid who Tekashi 6ix9ine was seen choking earlier this year showed up to a hearing to support him.

Santiago Albarran came to the hearing regarding the incident on Thursday and even took a photo with the rapper.

Tekashi's lawyer Carl Moore said Albarran wasn't invited to the courthouse and came on his own.

Albarran told the prosecutors that he didn't want the "Gummo" spitter to be convicted,  but it doesn't look like the teen's words helped much, because the case is still going forward.

Recently, Tekashi said he was turning over a new leaf and would only surround himself with people who can help him be a bigger star, so there's a chance he'll avoid these kinds of legal problems in the future. Tekashi made that promise a little after Trippie Redd called him a child molester

What do you think will happen to Tekashi for choking Albarran?
