Tekashi 6ix9ine is a free man and he's looking to get right back into music.

Apparently, there are a few issues, one being that he doesn't have permission to shoot music videos in his own backyard.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Tekashi's legal team is asking Judge Engelmayer to allow the rapper to spend up to two hours in his backyard once a week to work on music videos.

Tekashi's lawyers say his probation officer is aware of the request and has no issues with it, but the judge will have to give the final thumbs-up.
